CCA Students In-School classes Cancelled for at least the two weeks following March Break

CCA Students will not be attending classes as usual for at least the two weeks following March Break, however CCA Online Learning will begin Monday March 23, 2020. Here is a message from our Principal, Heather Stokdijk:

March 15, 2020

Dear CCA Parents,

Under the authority of the Health Protection Act, Premier Stephen McNeil just announced that public schools will be closed for at least 14 days due to the COVID-19 pandemic. For the safety of our students and staff, Colchester Christian Academy will be closed for at least 14 days starting Monday, March 23, 2020. A date for reopening will be reassessed as the situation evolves.

I am finalizing plans for CCA to begin Online Instruction starting Monday, March 23. The emotional, mental and spiritual well-being of your children is priority to me, as it is very important that we also continue to offer an adapted program of Core Subjects. Online Instruction will not only allow your child to continue regular communication and learning with their teacher and peers, but it also ensures that CCA can end the school year as scheduled. You can expect to receive detailed communication regarding Online Instruction in the next few days.

Thank you so much for your understanding and patience. As always, feel free to email me at and I will reply as soon as I am able. Please join me in praying for the health and well-being of our CCA family!

Thank you,

Heather Stokdijk
