Complete Application Form
Complete the application form and submit it to the school office, along with the registration fee.
We will contact you, after completion of the Application Form and after reviewing it, to schedule a placement evaluation. Students who are applying for Grades 1-12 will also require a review and evaluation of their most recent report card(s) to help ensure students are being placed in the correct grade level at CCA. Parents are responsible for providing the most recent report cards as a part of this process
You will be notified of the application decision. Please note: while CCA makes every attempt to accept all students who wish to apply, our academic and social resource limitations prevent us from accepting students who exhibit severe learning exceptionalities or severe psychological / behavioural challenges. In those cases, admission would be considered on a case-by-case basis.
